Health, Safety, and the Environment
An overall objective for HSE work within LNS is that no employee should get sick or injured by coming to work.
Other HSE objectives
- Work assignments and activities within LNS are to be carried out in such a way that detrimental impacts to the environment are eliminated or minimised
- Working at LNS should be meaningful to the individual employee, and each employee shall be given the opportunity to grow and develop through his work
- The working environment shall be characterised by a friendly and social atmosphere
