Forms of collaboration
The construction industry is changing continually. The demands placed on actors in this industry grow ever higher, for example in terms of structuring, active ownership, better quality assurance, and new types of contracts. At the same time, companies also need to increase efficiency and keep costs low.
In order to meet these demands, it is becoming more and more important to focus on forms of collaboration that yield better project coordination, quicker problem identification and resolution, and generally higher quality solutions. The objective is to achieve stability in the form of long-term relations, benefit from the experiences and adjustments made, and thus avoid forgetting about knowledge derived through these experiences and adjustments.
LNS has experience with several different forms of collaboration, including Public Private Partnership (PPP), Partnering, Joint Venture, Strategic Alliances, and Project Collaboration. There are a few other forms of collaboration as well, but these are not described in detail here.
