Collaboration between companies may produce financial advantages, such as in project collaborations where companies that would otherwise not have been able to submit a bid on the project in question openly collaborate.
The prerequisite for collaboration between companies in this way is a bid in a tender competition that does not conflict with current laws and regulations.
